Notice:
It is a very wrong way to test the power adapter by a multimeter.
1: The current and resistance of the multimeter are very small so that the multimeter is nearly short circuit inside. Testing the current of the adapter by the multimeter will cause the output short circuit.
2: The suddenly big current will damage the adapter when you test the current of the adapter by the multimeter
3: Pls use the multimeter in a correct way, you can connect the adapter to a big load so that the output current of the adapter is near to its rated current. then test the voltage , if the change of the voltage is within 0.5%, then the power adapter is in good condition.
