• Ankle strap secured by CoreX's renowned Aluminum slide buckle (1，200 LBS rated). No Velcro to wear out or fail during serious workouts.
• Each ankle strap has two oversized (1 ½") "D" rings enabling side and vertical attachment providing the widest range of exercises available of any ankle strap.
• Feet/heels can optionally be placed in stirrups for jumping and machine pull back exercises.
• Near universal fit; ankle diameters from 7 to 17 inches.
