Doctor recommended. The finest back support available. Fits mild and average lumbar lordosis spinal shapes. This is a VERY FIRM back support. If you are looking for soft and cushy you will be disappointed. Not recommended for people with a deep lumbar lordosis or very thick thighs. Single-padded seat is best for most users. Double-padded seats have less anatomical contour in the seat, and the extra thickness can cause a taller person's head to hit the roof in some vehicles.
