FAQ: What's the difference between 5cm & 10cm, does it mean the thicker the better?

Not Necessary. 10cm is more fluffy (more cotton inside) but lack of support as compare to 5cm which is more firm. So it depends on individual's own preference. Besides the quality for 5cm is slightly better than 10cm, eg the bandage is different. You can refer to the images below.
