Heavy duty steel gauge RDX dipping station/bar is multi-purpose and built for performance. Perfect for building the triceps or chest. The handles are 4 CM in diameter, 16CM long, attached to a 50CM x 5CM beam with a total of 67CM at distance from the wall (per arm). The abdominal station boasts a pair of 17CM long handles, 16.5CM in diameter with a 32CM x 5CM PVC cushion for elbow comfort. Wall plates with drill-holes are 25CM x 10 CM and must be attached side-by-side - use average shoulder width for measurement. Powder coated steel treated with special red oxide anti-rust formulation. Boxed set includes assembly instructions and all necessary wall fixings which are adequate for brick or block walls.
