note 2: meant for computers/laptops, may not work for other devices like xiaomi box, tv box, gaming consoles, TVs, etc. If you are using on company computers, pls check with your company IT support as some company may disable external devices so you will not be able to use this unless they allow device to be used on your computer for you.

INSTALLATION TIPS:

For Windows: The package includes a mini CD for installation. Pls install the driver. For windows, most customers are ok. 


For Mac: Mac users need to do a bit of work. The package includes a mini CD which some Laptop CD ROM cannot read (needs an external disc drive), so you may wish to use the mac driver download link below and open any .pkg file to install.
