Measuring your blood pressure shouldn’t have to be a stressful experience; this is why Beurer have designed the Beurer BM55 so that you can use it at home; you don’t need to worry about if you have set the pressure correctly? it’s all done for you with its automatic pressure pre-selection and deflation. Many people live with high blood pressure and are completely unaware of it; most cases of high blood pressure are due to lifestyle and diet habits such as eating too much salt? being overweight? not exercising? not eating enough fruit and vegetables… you know the drill. The medically certified Beurer IL50 features a powerful 300w infrared ceramic plate with a large surface area of 30 x 40cm and 100% UV block. The heating angle is continuously adjustable from 0 to 50 degrees. A built in digital timer provides a continuously variable treatment time of 1 - 15 minutes with automatic switch off after the set time elapses.
The deep penetrating warmth generated from infrared lamps is commonly used in medical practice for pain relief. The result is better blood circulation specifically targeted to the affected muscles. The metabolism is also stimulated through the use of the lamp and the body's natural defence system is mobilised. This then helps to support and boost the healing process. An additional benefit gained from the use of an Infrared lamp is that it has a relaxing effect? making it the preferred treatment in face and beauty care.
