Upon receiving trainer, please brush with toothpaste/soap before using!!

Should be worn for 1 hour each day AND overnight while sleeping. Remember to try to keep your lips together and breathe through the nose to assist the development of the upper and lower jaws, and to achieve the correct bite.

Keep the trainer clean by cleaning it with toothpaste/soap after each use and letting it dry. DO NOT put in hot water!

Q&A - About the product

Q: How do I know if I can fit into the trainer?

A: 99% of people can fit. It is suitable for adults ages 12 and above. Applicable to individuals whose upper and lower teeth are crowded, open jaw, overbite, underbite, maxillary protrusion, Crossbite etc. It also helps to improve facial shape guide and promote the normal development of jaw. It is better to start early during teen years whilst there is jaw development. However it is also a good tool for adults who desire straighter teeth.

Q: Should I get phase 1 / 2 / set?
A: Depends on your teeth condition. See the options below. My recommendation is in [ ].
1. Your teeth are 70-99% straight - Only need a bit of straightening / have worn braces before a LONG TIME AGO. [ Phase 1 ].
2. Your teeth are <70% straight. [ Set ].
3. If you have RECENTLY worn braces and want to use this as a retainer. [ Phase 2 ]
4. If you can't decide, just get the set!

Q: Does it come with a case?

A: Yes a case is provided. This case is provided to ensure the product is kept safe during shipping. If it breaks, we will not refund or send another one. We try to prevent breakage by labeling "Fragile" on the mail.

Q: My teeth and gums hurt after wearing the trainer!

A: Please do not panic! Just like braces, the trainer helps to align teeth. Your teeth will be moving so your gums will be sore. Don’t worry, the pain does not last forever. It might take you some time to get used to the pressure. So for the first few days, try to eat only 5-15min after taking the trainer out. Most of all, please be patient for results!

Q: My gums bled a bit after wearing it overnight. Is this normal?

A: Yes it is normal. It means your gums need a bit more taking care of. You may stop using the trainer temporarily (optional) and in the meantime, keep your gums clean and healthy by flossing every night and cleaning your teeth twice a day.

Q: How long before I get permanant straight teeth?
A: Just like the normal braces and retainers process, you can wear them indefinitely as long as you want straight teeth.
Some people don't understand so here's the explanation:
Normally after braces (~2yrs), you'll have to wear retainers indefinitely. And retainers have to be changed every few years/if they break/get lost (costs abt $300 every time you change).
So this trainer works similarly. First it is used for straightening. After you get your desired straightness, you can continue wearing the trainer as retainers. Each trainer can last about 2 yrs.

Q: Will my teeth be very straight like the pictures shown above?
A: Every individual will have different results depending on the original condition of your teeth. It is not guaranteed that your teeth can achieve 100% straightness. However you will definitely see an improvement. To many it is worth a shot as this is very cheap compared to braces.

Q: When will I start seeing results?
A: Results are progressive from the first wear! A tip to keep track of your progress is: Take pictures :)

Q: How long do the trainers last?
A: Each trainer can last for 2 years of usage.

Q&A - Shipping

Q: How often do we mail?
A: We mail twice a week. Your item should be mailed out within a week. (Applies to all shipping methods). Your patience is much appreciated as we are only a part-time seller 💛

Q: How long before I receive the trainer?

A: Usually it will be delivered within a week from the date sent out. If you do not receive it by 2 weeks time, pls contact the post office and inform us. We will check for returned mails.
Usually, lost mails are missing because:

The recipient’s address does not exist - The mail will be routed back to the sender if there’s a return address. This takes up to 10 working days.

The recipient’s address is wrong and it’s sent to someone else instead - Your mail will land in someone else’s hands, and chances of getting it back is very, very slim. Even if you’ve written a return address, some people won’t bother returning your mail.

The recipient’s address is correct, but the postman delivers it to the wrong address - If the mail is delivered to the wrong letterbox in the same neighbourhood, you’ll still have a chance, although slim.

Q: How to do we prevent or reduce the chances of mails lost or delayed?

A: Using quality packaging - we use polymailer which is waterproof and tear-proof, instead of paper envelope.
We include a return address in case of rejected mail, wrong address provided etc.
Your contact number is also included in your details in case of a mixup.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. In the event that a trainer is returned, we will not reuse nor resend it back.
