This 91 choir stole, as the name implies (traditional choir stole), is indeed as traditional as it can get. It's plain color and is made from a smooth fabric. Our choir stoles come in 14 different colors, with each color having a different significance.
Black is used for "Ash Wednesday" "Good Friday" "Masses of the Dead" and symbolizes mourning
Purple is used for "Lent" "Advent" "Sacrament of the Sick" "All Souls' Day" "Sacrament of Reconciliation" "Holy Saturday"
Silveris the color of ash so is sometimes used to represent repentance and may be used during Lent
Red is generally worn on "Pentecost" "installations" "ordinations" and "Holy Week services"
Royal Blue is increasingly being worn for Advent
The total length is 60', each side is 30',the top width is 3.5', and the bottom width is 5'. This choir stole is really cozy to wear and pleasing to the eyes. It doesn't class with other colors at all.It's an incredibly well-built product.
