Return & Exchange Policy

Items sold cannot be fully refunded

     To ensure that all items received by customers are brand new, we regret we do not offer exchange of size.
     All items will be inspected for manufacturing defects prior to shipment.

     Exchanges may be considered in case of prominent manufacturer defects.

     Products must not been washed /worn and be in the condition you received them and in original packaging.

     Exchanges will be possible if wrong items were delivered by My Little House's fault and cost will borne by us.

The following reasons may not be considered as manufacturer defects:

     *Minor stains (light color clothes especially). Stains no larger than a ten-cent coin diameter.

     *Minor thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of the seams.

     *Claims that the cutting or design of item is not good or up to expectations.

     *Deliberate damage of items such that it may warrant an exchange

Other Exchange Exclusions

     *Size issues - Measurement is subject to max. 2~3cm error tolerance in flat measurement,
      depending on the measurement method by individual or product batch

     *Color issues - The colors you see on the your monitor might slightly different fr the actual colors of goods.     

     *White items and promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

     *Leggings & Tank-tops are not exchangeable once they have been tried on due to the nature of item material itself.

How to exchange

.           All exchange requests must be received by email (pearlbever@gmail.com)  within 1 week from the date of delivery

with Email Subject : “Item Return Request, Order number XXX” together with a clear photo of the defect.

.           We will reply your exchange request soonest possible with more information.

.           Items that are eligible for exchange, the customer has to bear full delivery charges, inclusive of registered mail fees

 (to our address and back)

.           Exchange items' delivery will only be processed once the incurred charge has been received and confirmed.

.           Any packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchanges will be ignored and customers will need to bear

 Further postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to you.

*购买前，请仔细对照参考，尺寸为手工测量，衣服有伸展性，必有1-2CM误差。因不同品牌而带来的尺寸不合适等问题，网店将就不再承担责任。

 *如买家所选的商品缺货，我们会及时通知并100%退款给你们。或您可以选择其它的商品。
*货物寄出前，我们会仔细检查每个商品是否良好，才寄出。邮寄途中的损坏我们一律不负责。
*商品寄出后，我们一律不接受该任何颜色不喜歡，颜色偏差，沒有想象中漂亮、质量、尺寸、瑕疵、不适合、不喜欢等问题而换货或退款。请合作谢谢。
*如果你填写了错误(或无人签收)的地址或联络电话号码，导致包裹被退还给我们，我们将不支付重新发送包裹运费。就必需自己承擔多一次的支付额外的邮费，我们才会帮你重新发货
