Suggested Use
Adults: take 1 tablet 2 times daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking medications.

Microcrystalline cellulose rice starch maltodextrin silicon dioxide mono- and diglycerides from fatty acids stearic acid shellac calcium stearate talc polyvinylpyrrolidone acetylated monoglycerides glyceryl tristearate trisodium citrate citric acid.
Warnings
Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family. Hypersensitivity or allergy has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use.
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
