"Fukuyama Master Buddhist Master Black Vinegar Oshida 720 ml" is a delicious black vinegar with a beautiful amber color and rich aroma, and a rich flavor with rich flavor.
It is made by hand at Fukuyama town in Kagoshima prefecture which overlooks the symbol of Kagoshima Sakurajima.
I put fermented raw rice, koji, water in fermented pot made of pottery called local Aman urn, and ferment it plentily.
You can use it not only for drinking but also for dishes.
By using black vinegar in the usual menu, the depth adds to the taste.
If you enjoy
Estimated that you will drink on a daily basis is about 30 ml of stock solution.
When you are drunk, use the cup provided, dilute with water to 10-15 times and drink.
