How to use
Cut the floss to a length of about 50 cm, sprinkle on the index finger of both hands, keep tightly so that the distance between both fingers will be about 6 cm and tighten the pin.
Move the floss slowly up and down through the teeth and between the teeth.
When shifting to the next tooth, use a new floss to hit your tooth while shifting it about 3 cm.
