1. 蛋清面膜：将蛋清打入碗内（去蛋黄）搅拌至起白色泡沫后，加入新鲜柠檬6－8滴，把自制面膜纸浸泡在里面待纸展开后敷在脸上10分钟左右取下清洗干。

2. 牛奶面膜：用鲜牛奶一汤匙，加4－5滴橄榄油，面粉适量，调匀后敷面。

3. 香蕉面膜：将香蕉去皮捣烂成糊状后敷面，15－20分钟后洗去。

4. 柠檬面膜：将一个鲜柠檬榨汁后加一倍的水，将面膜纸浸泡在其中,取出敷在脸上，15－20分钟左右取下。
