How To Use

Unlike your loofah, the directions for use are a little different. Pay careful attention to the instructions below for an optimal exfoliation experience:

Step 1 - Prepare by softening the skin - Go into the shower, bath or steam for 5-10 minutes without applying any soap to the body. The fabric relies on friction and soap makes it too slippery to grab the skin.

Step 2 - Exfoliate for a smooth finish – Step away from the water, while still in the shower and get mitt wet. Squeeze away excess water. Use upward and downward strokes with light pressure until you see dead skin appear as small gray rolls. 

Step 3 - Moisturize - After rinsing your body, apply your favorite lotion or essential oil - your skin will absorb these much better now.

Additonal Tips

• Rinse with water after each use and air dry. Machine washing may ruin the mitt.
