FAQ
1. Why the status of my orders are still "On Request"?
Please check if the payment of your orders are confirmed after 7pm of the day.
--> Yes.Your orders will be posted in the day after next working day.
--> No. Your orders will be posted in the next working day.
2. It has been few days, why my order status is still "On-Request"?
It is most probably that the item you ordered is not available. Please check your email (the email address
you registered with Gmarket).
3. Are the items you selling are ex-stock?
Yes. All items we are selling are ex-stock. Please note that all items are reserved base on first come
first serve basis after payment confirmation.
4. I have made my payment. When can I receive my order?
Items will be posted to you in next working day if payment is confirmed 7pm of the day. Usually it takes 2
-3 working days for Singpost to deliver. Please note that CoupleStore is not responsible for any missing mail
posted by Normal postage.
5. Why I purchased so many things from you, and I didn't get any free gift?
Not all listing are with free gifts. Free gifts are only available for certain listing and given based on
Single Transaction. Royalty programme is available. Please stay tuned for the update.
6. Why you didn't reply to my enquiry?
Enquiry via email will be replied with 24hrs. Enquiry posted on Gmarket enquiry page will be replied within
days. For faster response, please kindly email us if you have any enquiry.
7. Do you ship outside Singapore?
Yes. Oversea shippings are available. Please note that current shipping condition in the listing is for
Singapore local address ONLY. Please kindly contact us at couplestore@gmail.com for international orders.
8. Can I place international orders in Gmarket?
Of course. Please note that international shipping fee will be required to top up before posting for
international orders placed in Gmarket. Please kindly check your email after placing your orders. We will contact
you shortly after receive your orders.

Stock & Shipping
1. Stock
Items will only be reserved based on first come first serve basis after payment confirmation.
For credit card/Paypal payment, payment will be confirmed within 2-3 hrs by Gmarket.
For cash to Gmarket, payment will be confirmed in 2-3 working days by Gmarket.
2. Shipping
1) Items will be posted via Singpost in next working day if orders are received before 7pm of the day.
2) Free shipping term varies among different products. Please find the actual shipping terms under "Price".
If there is no free shipping condition set in the listing, that means there is NO FREE shipping for the specific
product.
3) There is NO tracking number provided for Singpost Normal postage. CoupleStore is not responsible for
missing goods under Singpost normal postage. Customers shall be responsible for not selecting "Registered Mail" if
items went missing during delivery.
4) CoupleStore strongly recommend all our customers select "Registered Mail" option. Tracking numbers will
be provided.
5) Customers shall bear the additional delivery charges for bulk orders weight more than 2kg.
Products & Exchanges
All Items will be inspected for defects before posting out.
Goods sold are strictly non-refundable.
Exchange will only be possible if wrong items were delivered by CoupleStore's fault.
Exchange may be considered due to prominent manufactuer defects.
All item does not come with Accesories. If there are in the parcel, they are Complimentary Items from CoupleStore.
Complimentary Accesories are not Eligible for Exchange or Refund.
Exchanges will not be granded for any of fellowing reasons:
1. Personal dislike
2. Item is not the same as picture (eg.color difference due to different monitor display or personal imagination,
not as nice as picture etc).
3. Size too big or too small (Please kindly check the measurement before purchase).
4. Select the wrong design (Please kindly double-check your orders before checkout).
5. Claims that the cutting of the items is not good or up to expectation.
6. Request for exchange after 1 week from the posting date according to Gmarket System.
Below reasons may not be considered as manufactuer defects:
1. Minor stains (light color clothes especially). Stains no larger than five-cent coin diameter. Stains can be
easily removed after 1st-time wash.
2. Minor thread frays at the ends, wrinkles slight mis-alignment of the seams.
3. Claims that the cutting of the item is not good or up to expectation.
4. Deliberate damage of items such that it may warrant an exchange.
Other exclusions:
1. Size issues - There may be slightly size difference from measurement provided (2-3cm).
2. Leggings, socks & panties are strictly non-refundable or exchangable due to hygiene reason.
3. Items worm and stained or applied with perfume, has cigarette smell, altered in any form, washed, dry cleaned
and/or damaged due to negligence.
4. White items and promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
5. Zip might be difficult to be zip/unzip for the 1st time, Wax may applied.
How to Exchange
1. All exchange requests must be received by us at couplestore@gmail.com within 1 week from the posting date
according to Gmarket System.
2. Please kindly include Order Numbers (the 8-digit numbers started with 2) and other necessary information (eg.
Photos) in the email.
3. CoupleStore will reply your exchange request by EMAIL within 24hrs with more information.
4. Exchange items' delivery will only be proceeded once the postage fee is received and confirmed.
5. Any packages received that do not conform our rules of exchanges will be ignored. Customers will need to bear
futher postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back.
Customers are deemed to understand and accept the above terms prior to ordering.
