For example in the daily dose of 6 tablets you get 1200 mg of Calcium, 1,000 IU of Vitamin d3 and 650 mg of Magnesium for bone health. There''s also 400 IU of Vitamin E, 1,000 mcg of Folic Acid and 200 mcg of Selenium for heart health, plus a full 1000 mg of Vitamin C and 200 mcg of Chromium. Directions
