I finally arrived. I put the batteries in and clipped it to my desk pole: It slipped right down (there is not one once of rubberized surface on grip, as smooth a plastic and shiny as a light lense = worthless grip). The "flexible light arms don't ho,d their position, especially if you bend all the way back to try and offer a soft lighting effect to a keyboard from an upper level shelf. When I followed Walmart's return button for this product, it took me to product merchant, not Walmart (I hadn't even realized i wasn't ordering from Walmart.com until this point in time). I was prompted to email. I was hassled for a reason. Then two days later, another email wanted picture proof of my dissatisfaction issues. Then 2 days later they offered 50% off. Then 2 days later they said I could now return it. OMG, these are horrible product merchants who are obviously not familiar with American customer service practices. They want me to pay return shipping AND, make sure to provide us with a shipping number so we can track. Had to leave message when no one was available to answer phone. Also find 4 different corp names involved with this product. On package - IDS Online Corp - Benson Hos. Online Walmart says sold and shipped by Tasharina (package address is listed above). For Returns - It says Unique Bargains Return Policy. Guess even walmart deals with shady corps.
