1 packet of 45 gm HOGA Chicken Soup Mix

1 packet of 45 gm HOGA Chi Kut Teh Soup Mix

1 packet of 25 gm HOGA Tea Eggs Premix

Cooking Instruction

HOGA Chicken Soup Mix

  • Rinse meat with boiling water
  • Add 2000ml of water in a pot and bring to a boil
  • Add in the rinsed meat and HOGA Chicken Soup Mix ingredients
  • Simmer over a slow fire for 2-3 hours and serve while hot

HOGA Chi Kut Teh Soup Mix

  • Rinse meat with boiling water
  • Pour 2000ml of water in a pot and bring to a boil
  • Add in the rinsed meat and HOGA Chi Kut Teh Soup Mix ingredients
  • Simmer over a slow fire for 2-3 hours and serve while hot

HOGA Tea Eggs Premix

  • Wash the eggs and bring to a boil for 10 minutes until the eggs are hard-boiled
  • Drain and run cold water over the hard-boiled eggs until they are cooled, then crack them evenly
  • Put the cracked eggs into a rice cooker or slow cooker and add 2500ml water
  • Add the HOGA Tea Eggs Premix ingredients and other seasonings, bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer for at least 3 hours (rice cooker) or 5 hours (slow cooker) until the flavours seeped into the eggs
  • Remove the eggs shells and best served hot
