In an effort to get away from things like Poptarts for breakfast I purchased these, and he has never asked for Poptarts again! I really like the flavor of these bars too. They are great on the go or after a workout. As for the reviewer claiming they have breast milk. They obviously haven't eaten protein bars or researched their information. Whey protein is a very common ingredient.... (Whey protein is a mixture of globular proteins isolated from whey, the liquid material created as a by-product of cheese production. I don't like crunchy granola or nut bars so I thought I'd try these Luna chocolate chip cookie dough protein bars. I thought they'd be more like a cookie. They weren't too bad tasting but I wouldn't have guessed they were cookie dough flavor if I didn't already know they were.
