This is similar to the straightening formula used at local salons for Shiseido rebonding.

1. How to use this cream?
Step-by-step instruction is provided in instruction manual. However to summarise, this cream come in 2 x 400ml pack. First pack = straightening cream, second = neutraliser. Apply treatment 1 to hair and leave it for 25-40mins. Wash off, blow-dry, apply treatment 2 and leave it for 20mins. Wash off and you are done :)

Sounds pretty easy right? Yes, in fact it really is .. ^^
Approximate treatment time : 60mins ~ 75mins

2. How does this cream works and is it suitable for everyone?
Like any straightening cream, it uses chemical to soften hair structure to achieve straightness. It is a common consensus among hairdressing professionals that Shiseido has the best hair straightening cream technology.  
Unlike many commercial straightening cream which is very damaging for hair, this Shiseido crystalliysing protects our hair during the process of softening it.
It is very gentle and odorless - suitable for almost everyone.

3. I have overly bleached, damaged and brittle hair. can i use?
I would say depends on your expectation ! This straightening cream can help you straighten a bit and treat the frizziness. However, for this group, please note that your inner hair structure has already been broken ! 
Imagine a thread that has been cut into several sections: no matter how u align it, it wont be 100% straight ! For this group, please dont expect your hair to turn silky smooth straight after this treatment cause realistically it is impossible !!

A strong advise: Please get our Milk keratin treatment to repair your hair strand structure for 1-2 month first then do this treatment.

4. Can i do a salon style rebonding using a hair straightener?
Yes possible, but i do not recommend because it is difficult ! 

1. To do salon-rebonding standard, you will need a professional ceremic hair straightener that can heat up to 230°. You may also need to apply a heat serum to hair to ensure even heating. These are items not everybody have.

2. You will need to do it layer by layer. Highly impossible, especially at the back hair where you cant see.

3. A salon hairstylist is experienced and avoid putting heat on already damaged hair (especially on the ends). A DIY-person don't have such experience and risk damaging hair.

4. Professional hairstylist operate from a bird-eye view and apply heat evenly to every strand for 1~2 second via a smooth pulling action. A DIY-person cant carry out this action smoothly. And also risks damaging hair via overheating or uneven pulling.

Doing a salon-standard rebonding is not recommended, because of the forseeable difficulty.
However, a hair straightener is always handy if you need heat for the more stubborn areas ! So please proceed as deemed necessary :)

6. So i dont use hair straightener, what do i use?
Just a hair dryer will do ! After treatment 1, dry your hair with a hair dryer and KEEP COMBING STRAIGHT. This process will rearrange your hair structure straight. Via this method, you will get a naturally straight hair with nice volume ^^
(not those flat rebond hair from salon)

6. Can i get silky smooth straight hair like some of the qoo10 buyer's review?
Yes of course. The product is the same. Result depends on how you use it !

Good straightening result is a combination of the below factors:

1. Choice of the right treatment set (N/H)
2. Healthy hair to start off with
3.Correct treatment leave-on time 
4. Even cream application 

Correct treatment leave on time and even cream application is paramount to get good results ! You need to apply cream systematically, layer by layer.
And treatment leave-on time is crucial to achieve the right hair softness
(for smooth silky straight hair ^^ )

✕ Treatment leave on for too long = damage /dry hair 
✕ Treatment leave on for too short = curly / frizzy /uneven

With experience, you will be able to grasps this "perfect" timing in no time ^^

Precaution

This treatment may not be suitable for people with:

1. Super brittle hair from over bleaching
2. Super fine hair (very soft hair strand structure)
3. Recent chemical-damaged hair (which even salon will not do rebonding for you)
4. Serious hair loss problem
