In the case that the performance of the bulb (brightness / luminescent color) can not be fully demonstrated due to the condition of the vehicle and the deterioration / dirt of the lighting, etc., or due to the inspection of the vehicle inspection facility, the inspection may not pass through judgment by the examiner by visual inspection
