Shipping Details
- Item will be shipped within 1 business day when the full payment is received. In general the shipping time will be approx 4 to 10 business days. Please email us if you don't receive the item after 10 days. If among the festival period, the shipping time will be even delayed some more days.

- If you are not satisfied with the item which you receive but not because of the quality problem, please return it to us, we can refund the full money to you ( insurance won't be refunded) or resend the new item to you, but you should pay the shipping fee by yourself. Please notice that you should return the item back within 7 days after receiving the item. Otherwise we won't accept the item back.
