Instruction:
1. Start pumping air inside the balloon while holding the plastic seal tightly
2. Pump in air until balloon is about 98% filled. DO NOT inflate it too much or it will blow.

NOTE: 16 inch Letter Foil Balloons will not float with helium gases due to its volume capacity is less to lift the balloons
