How to buy:

2. Proceed to payment
3. Enter the Mobile number you wanted to Topup in memo to seller
4. Pls make sure the mobile number keyed in is correct before you confirm the order.
No refund will be allowed for error in mobile number submitted by buyer.

Points to note:
1. For orders confirmed on weekdays 11am to 7pm, Topup will be done within 30mins after we receive Qoo10's notification of your order.

We will then check and do the load once we confirm your order.
Orders submitted after 11:30pm will be processed the next day after 11:30am
2. If you do not receive the confirmation SMS for the topup, pls check your balance to confirm the Topup was
received.

3. Kindly CONFIRM DELIVERY once you received your TopUp.
