Product Description

This Carlisle 61707 tapered sauce pan is 5.5" in depth, with a 6.5-qt. capacity, and is suitable for reducing sauces or cooking soup and gravies. It is made of 3003 aluminum for strength and resistance to corrosion. It has a wide 10.63" diameter to provide more surface area for stirring and working with food. It has a Dura-Kool heat-resistant silicone sleeve that is removable for easy cleanup. This sauce pan meets NSF International standards for use in food handling and processing.
