The design which you had ordered may not be available due to the promotion. Hence, please state in the seller's memo, if your design is out of stock:


1) Replacement of another design/items or
2) Wait for the repeat stock or
3) You may choose to cancel your order

 

We will, however, text and inform you regarding your status if it is out of stock within 2-3 days. Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your orders.

Kindly note that:

Items sold are non-exchangable and non-refunable after they are being mailed out. They are mailed out the next day once order is received, so please double check your orders before purchasing!

Dear Customers, for normal mails, they are usually delivered within 1 - 4 working days, but is subjected to loss/delays. It can be as long as 3 weeks. No tracking is available and we do not have traceability for items sent via normal mail.

We regret that no replacement, refunds or cancellations for items not received via normal mail.

Upon opting for normal mail, you agree to bear liability of any lost/delayed packages(if any). Hence we strongly encourage buyers to opt for registered mail to avoid any unnecessary losses. Thank you.
