Grape Seed Extract is one of the most powerful antioxidants and free radical scavengers known. It is roughly 20 times more powerful than vitamin C and 50 times more powerful than vitamin E with respect to its antioxidant properties. The active ingredients in Grape Seed Extract also enhance the effectiveness of the other antioxidants such as vitamin C, selenium, vitamin E and beta carotene. Olympian Labs Grape Seed Extract, through a low temperature water extraction method, is completely water soluble and free of dangerous solvents and food coloring additives. Water solubility means bioavailability. It is easily absorbed into the bloodstream and has even been shown to cross the blood-brain barrier thus providing protection to the brain, its vessels and the entire central nervous system. Olympian Labs Grape Seed Extract contains three of the most active antioxidants in the polyphenol family Proanthocyanidin, Catechol and Gallocatechol.
