Application Method:
1. Prepare a bowl of hot water (50§C~80§C)・ put the thermoplastic tray into it for 5 to 15 seconds. Get the tray out when it becomes soft.
2. Dry the tray and press it against and cleave to the upper teeth (Drive the air and water out from the tray with your tongue and be careful not to bite it down). Keep it for 15 seconds to let the tray maintain its shape.
3. Cut a tray out to fit your teeth perfectly along the gum line.
4. Act the same to make a tray for the lower teeth.
5. Squeeze the whitening gel even to the tray and place it into your mouth. (0.25-0.4ml every time)
6. Put the whitening light into your mouth and turn it on. Keep it for 10 minutes and then wipe the gel off in 5 minutes. (Please brush your teeth with whitening toothpaste after whitening each time.)
Range of Application:

Disclaimer:
Research and experience show that the whitening effect from the treatment usually lasts for years. Teeth may darken faster if exposed again to staining products such as tobacco・ coffee or juices. However・ the teeth will probably remain significantly lighter than if no treatment had been done.
