1. Cut out motif of choice and remove the clear sheet.2. Place motif face down on your hair or skin.3. Wet the motif thoroughly with a sponge or towel.4. After 30 seconds, gently remove the back paper.5. Allow the motif to dry.
To remove: rub with oil.
