This helps my dermotilomania AKA skinorexia by giving me something to fiddle with instead of harming myself :) Now I have a ton so when one breaks, I'm all set for a while! :) Thank you!

These are of nice quality & the price is fantastic. I first discovered them in a crystal store in Germany & paid 5 Euros for one. I felt it was well worth it & use my massage ring daily. I wanted to find more to share with friends & family & these fit the bill. They were slightly smaller/thinner wire than my original one, but some of my friends actually prefer the snugger fit & I am quite pleased with these. I do allot of arts & crafts such as beading, painting, crocheting & sewing, not to mention typing, so these are "just what the doctor ordered" IMHO. My original one was silver, so I keep a gold one tucked in my wallet so I can use it "on-the-go", while the other one's stashed on an end table to use while watching TV in the evening.

These rings are very relaxing and stimulating at the same time. They are tight and a little odd at first, but one quickly gets used to using them. I keep one near my sitting chair and use when I watch tv or read...sooooo relazing. I have to order more since everyone I know seems to snatch them for their own personal massage.

Acupressure ring is a small metal ring made of little triangular shaped points that stimulate your fingers. Acupressure applies the same principal as acupuncture but does not penetrate the skin. Instead, it provides relief by applying pressure to certain points on the body and thereby releasing tension. It is recommended to use the ring if your fingers feel tired, your mind is distracted or you have finger numbness. It is great for giving you energy, improving your concentration and your overall health.
