Founded about 200 years ago Noguchi Shuzo located near Sacred mount Hakusan, facing at the Japan Sea. Master Toji Noguchi Naohiko won in total of 27 gold award in National New Sake tasting Competition and restarted to work for the brewery from the end of Heisei 25 (2013). Working carefully on making sake during a life time,
Master Noguchi approaches the mystery of sake.


Muroka nama genshu is sake that is unaltered or unfiltered (muroka), unpasteurized (nama),
and undiluted (genshu). This Junmai sake offers a sharp acidity, full and rich-body, deep and strong taste
with a pleasant after-taste.
