How to replace floss head
A：Make sure slide lock is down
B：Push floss head vertically upwards until it snaps
C：Push upwards until slide lock stops. Fix floss head firmly

D：Keep floss head vertical
E：Pull slide lock down
F：Push the protrusion on handle's back then push the floss head down while unplugging.
