Note:
1. Order must be at least 2 days before delivery date. 
2. Last order date for Valentine's Day delivery is 10 February 2017.
3. Self-collection at Buangkok mrt station.
4. Upon seller's confirmation of order, Qoo10 system will auto mark the order as shipped. Hence, there would be no refund or cancellation.
5. In the event where recipient is uncontactable during delivery, item will be returned to seller. Buyer will need to re-collect the item  from seller the following day.
6. Should any flowers be unavailable due to flower/market condition, seller has the right to replace with another similar flower or flower of similar value.
7. Seller reserves the rights to reject any order from any buyer per seller's discretion. No reason is required.
