Cooking instructions:
1. Defrost the Gyoza
2. Heat up a frying pan with oil
3. Pan fry the dumplings flat side first until golden brown 
4. Pour about 1/4 cup of water into the pan and cover with a lid 
5. After 2 minutes, remove to lid to let remaining water evapourate
6. Cook for another few minutes until the base is crispy

You may make a dipping sauce following the recipe below

Ingredients
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Chili oil/chili flakes(Optional)


Please store it in the freezer and defrost only when going to consume. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
