* TVI Holidays Pte Ltd reserved the right to suggest alternate dates should the requested travel date is not available. (Flight and Room
are also subject to availability)

* Booking has to be done at least 90 days in before departure (whichever is earlier)

* Additional air fare top up may require if the promotional fares are not available at time of reservation.

* Strictly no cancellation / amendment are allowed once resort is confirm and ticket issued.

* Ensure passport is valid for at least 7 months from the time of departure

* Strictly no replacement or extension is given to expired purchased vouchers

* Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and discounts.

* Multiple purchases of vouchers are allowed.

* Each Booking must be 2 or more passengers traveling together throughout the journey and all tickets must be issued in sequence.
