 1) We will not be resposible for cracks/bubbles/scratches caused due to poor/incorrect installation on buyer's part.

2) All refund/exchange/return cases have to be backed up with photo evidence.

3) For screen protectors, do not peel off the protective adhesive layer, once protector film is peeled off, we will not process your request for resend/refund/exchange.

4) For orders delayed and lost in transit, we will not be liable as you have accepted the risk of loss & delay in transit when you purchase with normal mail.
We WILL NOT RE-SEND for non-registered normal mail.

5) Cracks after using tempered glass screen protectors are NOT considered as defects.

6) Kindly read the terms and conditions before purchasing.


*TERMS AND CONDITIONS for exchange/return /REFUND* 

ONLY 3 CONDITIONS ARE VALID FOR EXCHANGE/RESEND/REFUND/RETURN

1) Wrong order sent (eg, ordered iPhone 6, received Samsung S6)

2) Bubbles formed WITHIN the tempered glass itself upon delivery (FOR SCREEN PROTECTORS)

DISCLAIMER: Bubbles caused by removal of plastic protection film is not counted as a manufacture defect.
We will not exchange products with bubbles formed between the glass and the plastic.

3) Cracked/defect upon delivery.

**All exchanges and returns have to be done within 7 working days from date of posting and 5 working days after an email has been sent on the
return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.

**In case of an exchange or return, we do not mail out for exchange or return,
kindly arrange with us via email to do an 1-to1 exchange at our office near Paya Lebar MRT.



*TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY*

1) All orders will be process within 3 working days.
If orders came in on a FRIDAY, orders will be mail out on the following MONDAY to minimise the risk of lost mail. Please take note of this. 

2) For any delay or loss of mail in transit, please hold delivery company (Singpost/Qxpress) responsible.

3) If “Singpost Normal Mail” option is selected as your choice of delivery, please take note that the risk of delay and loss.
Seller will not be responsible for any delay or loss of any purchase in transit.

4) If “Qxpress” option is chosen, seller is obligated to send the tracking number to buyer once orders are confirmed and sent out.
If there is any loss or delay of purchase in transit, buyers are to hold Qxpress responsible.

5) Please kindly contact Seller via email should your purchase be defected or damaged after transit.
