Merchant Return Policy
In the case of item return, it must be done within
7days upon receiving of items. Customers are to bring the
complete product back to us and full refund will be processed via Qoo10 payment gateway.
A charge of delivery / inclusive of un-installation fee of $80 will be incurred on buyer's end if there is a request for us to provide transport.
