A one-piece sleeve design eliminates cracks between the teeth when closing on a drill bit. The mounting style of the drill chuck is Jacobs Taper 3 to accommodate the appropriate taper mounting arbor. It has hardened steel components, which provide a balance of strength and wear resistance. Key size is K4. This chuck is for use in clockwise direction only. Total indicated runout (TIR) is 0.004'' maximum at half capacity.
