The basic speed light adapter will accept most popular shoe-mount flash units.
The circular ring and vertical upright can be removed when using the umbrella mount and an umbrella (not included).
The umbrella mount offers angle adjustments forward and backward up to 180° (degrees). It also features a 5/8'' mount that allows you to attach it to most light stands.
