Instructions:
Be caution of the different usages of each side of the patch.
Stick the smooth printed surface on the tape. The obvious eyelets side is to be places on soles. Stick the patch to the corresponding reflection spots or acupoints of soles, or on uncomfortable areas like shoulders, elbows, joints, waist or wrists, while sleeping. The tape is very soft and you won't feel uncomfortable during sleep. Take off the patch in the next morning.
After you take off the patch, you will see the color of the patch becomes yellowish brown or dark brown. It is because the detox food patch absorbs body's internal waste oil, liquid and toxins, and turns them into sticky oil. When the state of health is poor, the colour is relatively darker, representing more body waste, liquid and toxins to be clearer out.
The body toxin begins to reduce along the increase times of usage, so the colour of the patch gradually turns to lighter color until no color changes, representing body functions have been restored to healthier state.
Wipe out the grease where you stick the patch after usage.
