NatraCure's Deluxe Adjustable Anti-Snore Strap may help stop snoring by keeping the lower jaw in a closed position, which has been shown to help keep the airway open and assist in reducing soft tissue vibration. Directions: 1) Place the two foam pads with hook loop tabs on the crown of your head with the thinner of the two straps towards the front. 2) With your mouth closed, hold the two foam tabs in place with one hand and gently position the wider portion of the strap with the mesh underneath the chin. 3) Your ears should fit comfortably into the openings on either side of the device. 4) Adjust the hook and loop tabs at the crown of the head for comfort (while keeping your mouth closed). The closure should rest on the crown of your head while the bottom (wider) portion of the strap, rests under the chin. 5) Enjoy a good night's rest! 6) To remove the strap, gently pull the bottom chin strap away from your chin or jaw.
