Cancellation is not allowed once order is confirmed. Items are shipped via Singpost through normal or registered mail. Registered mail is recommended as it provides tracking number. We will not be responsibile for the lost of items sent via normal mail. Exchange is limited to stock availability and buyer is responsible for both way postage.
