I to, like many others, noticed that the pill would go out the same as it went in. So I now take a knife and pill off the outer coating and take the pills with a Gatorade, which seems to make the pills dissolve faster than water. Just a suggestion but it works really good for me. Yes (14) No (0)Flag as Inappropriate Ok product, does not dissolve...Had problems with this not dissolving, whether taken with or without food. It would just "sit" in my stomach and cause slight stomach upset. To see if the capsules dissolve, I left one capsule in a glass of water on the counter for 2 hours. Barely any had dissolved and the capsule was still pretty solid. I have resorted to crushing up the capsule and putting it in my pre-workout.
