How it works
Plant the spike into the ground, in an area you wish to protect. The Solar Powered Ultrasonic Animal and Bird Repeller uses a Passive Infrared Sensor (PIR) to detect the motion of animals and trigger the ultrasonic speaker. The strong ultrasonic wave is activated when an animal enters the PIR Sensor range, and the animals will then feel uncomfortable and run away from the area.
The product uses solar power to recharge the batteries, but can also be charged using an adapter.
The product has customizable settings:
- Sensitivity dial (Left): Is for adjusting sensitivity and distance. By turning the knob clockwise, you increase the range of protection. To repel small animals, turn the knob up to the right.
- Frequency dial (Right): Frequency and mode control.
By turning the knob clockwise, you increase the frequency and switch the mode from ultrasonic waves to flashing LED light to a combination of both modes.
