How to use? Use as regular soap. Can be used on face and body.

FACIAL Wash - Lather soap into hands until foam appears and gently apply in light circular motion to gently clean your entire face and neck area for 15-20seconds. Do not rub. Rinse thoroughly then pat dry. 

•BODY Wash- Use once a day like regular bath soap. Lather soap directly onto wet skin and gently massage into the body. Leave for 1-3 minutes then rinse off and pat dry
