Exchange Policy : 

      i.        Items sold are not refundable unless defect, any measurement and picture shown are for guideline only

     ii.         Exchange can only be done within 14 days WEF items ship out as per Qoo10 seller updated information

    iv.        All return items must be returned with it's original packaging and accessories. we will refund the money or send out the replacement  to you only when we get the return items. Please alert us by email before you return it.

Shipping Policy: 

      i.        Sellers will ships out items within 3 days upon order for normal and registered mailing, not including bulk purchase & overseas order.

     ii.        If an item is out of stock, you will be informed and full refund will be given if you do not wish to wait for restock or alternative items.

    iii.        Items on pre-order will be alert accordingly by SMS or via Qoo10 Shipping updates. Kindly monitor seller shipping updates if you did not receive items within 3 days

    iv.        Please make sure your address registered with Qoo10 is accurate and complete. Incomplete address will result in delay and inconvenience of receiving your items as they will be forward back to us.

     ii.        Please contact us via Qoo10 Q&A Message or our email address if you have NOT received item in 14 days, we will check it with post office, and then resend or refund any missing item.  

    iii.        If you are not satisfied when you receive your item on colour or any issue , please email to us with your purchase number and we will investigate case on case basis and advice you the outcome on exchange or refund possibilities .
