We are not the cheapest online retailer. Our difference is that we are able guarantee the authenticity of our products, which are complete with original tags/ packaging. This means all our products have passed stringent US/ EU safety standards. To preserve the authenticity of our products, we will not be able to process a refund once the tags have been removed from the item nor for swimwear once delivered due to hygience reasons.
