The square-shaped Joey sandpit's colorful orange-and-white striped canopy can be adjusted up or down to provide the perfect amount of shade, and it can be lowered directly on top of the sandpit to double as a cover. Designed with safety in mind, the Joey sandpit features plastic covers that cover the corners and rounded edges on the wooden seated border. The Joey sandpit is made with high-quality timber that's dried at a high temperature for long durability outside, and it's stained to be resistant to wood rot and insect damage. It features an internal ground sheet to hold the sand within the sandpit, as well as prevent grass and weeds from growing into the sand play area and allow for water drainage. Shipped partially assembled with pre-drillings on some areas, the Joey sandpit can be finished with just a screwdriver and ready for play in about 30 minutes (sand not included). Fully assembled, it measures 46 inches square and it has a 46-inch overall height with the adjustable canopy.
