Information on shipping ("on delivery" status) : All items are mailed from Singapore through Singpost using your chosen method of delivery. Upon ordering, your item will be dropped off at Singpost by next working day. This means that for orders made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, they will be dropped off at the post office on Monday.
Do note that delivery time will take longer during festive seasons and long weekends.

**Please note: No refunds will be given for purchase of wrong casing or change of mind.**

Disclaimer: A small number of the cases we receive from supplier have small air bubble within the casing. These are not defects but part of the manufacturing process. Please understand and we apologise in advance if it has decreased your enjoyment of the glitter casing in anyway.
